TROUBLESHOOTING 6-HEAD UNIT

The following information is not to be shared without  Green Lightning's permission.

LOW PRODUCT FLOW

Check first for air leaks from the air manifold, and all push-to-connect fittings where the air comes into the module (aka “head”), an air leak may reduce flow.

If there are no air leaks, remove the water inlet tube on one of the modules, if the flow is normal coming out, then it is an internal module issue, please contact a Green Lightning representative if so.

NO PRODUCT FLOW

No product flow upon arrival:

Check solenoid wire connections before and after the internal reservoir tank. If there is no water in tank and hose is on, it is the first solenoid inside the machine that needs attention. If internal reservoir tank has water, but is not distributing water to modules, it is likely the second solenoid—mounted to the tank that needs attention.

Sudden stop in product flow after machine is working properly:

Again, check wire connections on both solenoids. If wire connections seem correct, check if water is flowing into internal reservoir tank. If water is not flowing into tank, and the tank has no water, the tank’s internal float valve may be stuck up— if so, try and push it down to see if water begins to flow again.

LOW PRODUCT POTENCY

If the N potency suddenly drops, check all grounding connections to ensure they did not loosen. A poor ground can be a shock hazard and may decrease the product’s potency.

If the N potency starts to decrease, it is likely that the mineral content is too high and the electrodes are getting corroded with mineral buildup. This would inhibit the ability of the arc to work properly for making “lightning”. You may run Reverse Osmosis water through the machine as this would clear the mineral off the electrodes. After a couple days the mineral should be cleared off of electrodes blades. To prevent this from happening again, use Reverse Osmosis water, but add a small amount of mineral back into it, or add 15-30% well water to Reverse Osmosis water for remineralization.

If N potency was never adequate from the beginning, check the power supply’s voltage— it must be at least 110v, we have found that anything under that will yield a lower quality product from the machine. Also, there most be proper airflow and/or fresh air coming into the compressor at all times.

MACHINE NOT TURNING ON UPON  ARRIVAL

UNPLUG POWER CORD FROM MACHINE BEFORE OPENING CONTROL PANEL.

Check the breaker inside control panel of machine, it is common for the switch to flip down during transportation. If breaker is switched up (on), and cord is plugged in, and machine is not turning on, contact us to be walked through troubleshooting electrical.

AIR COMPRESSOR OVERHEATING

If air compressor begins to overheat, check the external air filter for dust, this may cause a blockage from fresh air and may cause the air compressor to overheat. Our air compressors will run 24/7 for 1-2 years, and may need to be replaced after that timeframe. They are affordable and simple to replace. Please only use our specially designed air compressors for the machine to avoid the many possible repercussions.
